Please read this before purchasing. Because our presets are digital files delivered instantly via Stripe, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Empire Ecommerce is a digital-only store. We sell professional Lightroom preset files — no physical product is ever shipped. Every purchase is a one-time payment for lifetime access to your files (.XMP, .DNG, .ZIP), processed securely via Stripe and delivered instantly.
- Digital file: Delivered electronically. Cannot be returned once downloaded or accessed.
- One-time purchase via Stripe: Pay once, access forever. No subscriptions or recurring charges.
- Instant delivery: Files available immediately after Stripe confirms your payment.
Empire Ecommerce operates a strict no-refund policy on all digital product purchases.
Once your Stripe payment is confirmed:
- Your download link is generated and sent to your email immediately
- Your files become accessible in your account under My Downloads
- The transaction is considered complete and fulfilled
- No refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued
This is consistent with consumer protection law in most jurisdictions, which recognises that digital content provided with the buyer's consent to immediate delivery may forfeit standard cooling-off period rights.
The following are explicit examples where no refund will be issued:
- Change of mind — You purchased and decided you no longer want the product.
- Software incompatibility due to user error — You did not check compatibility information before purchasing.
- Visual expectations — Results naturally vary across different cameras, subjects, and lighting.
- Unable to install — Installation difficulty is a support issue. We will help you.
- Creative mismatch — The presets don't suit your personal editing style after downloading.
- Accidental purchase — Please review your cart carefully before checkout.
- Delayed use — You purchased but did not use the presets for a long period before requesting a refund.
- Third-party software issues — Problems with Adobe Lightroom or your device are outside our control.
We are fair people. There are a small number of genuine technical situations we will investigate honestly:
- Genuinely corrupted files: Files that are broken and unreadable. We send replacement files immediately.
- Wrong files delivered: You received completely different files from what you ordered. We fix immediately.
- System duplicate charge: Stripe charged you more than once for the same order through a technical fault. We refund the extra promptly.
- Complete non-delivery: Payment confirmed but files unavailable even after checking spam and account. We re-deliver within 24 hours.

Installation difficulty is grounds for dedicated support — not a refund. We take support seriously.
All payments on empireecommerce.shop are processed exclusively by Stripe, certified to PCI-DSS Level 1. We never see, store, or handle your card details.
Please contact support@empireecommerce.shop before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank. We resolve most issues faster and more easily than a bank dispute process.
